Your responsibilities
- Responsible for building and managing the Fixed Income team for BENELUX
- Comprehensive, professional support for top clients and expanding the client network in BENELUX
- Professional leadership and knowledge transfer in the fixed income team, as well as targeted further development of employees
- Planning and management of daily workflows within the team
- Accountability for department-relevant key performance indicators

- Extensive professional and leadership experience in secondary market trading (bonds and other formats)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and visionary leadership personality with an agile mindset
- Broad client network in BENELUX, high willingness to travel
- Organized and structured working style with strong team and service orientation
- Solution- and implementation-oriented approach to achieving shared goals
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the digitalization of the Fixed Income sector
- Excellent language skills in the local market as well as fluency in English (written and spoken)
