Your future tasks
- Responsible for the development and management of the Fixed Income team for France
- Holistic, professional support of top customers and expansion of the (customer) network for France
- Technical leadership and knowledge transfer in the fixed income team as well as targeted further development of employees at the respective site
- Planning and control of the daily work processes in the team
- Responsibility for the cross-departmental key performance indicators
Your profile
- Many years of professional and management experience in secondary market trading (bonds and other formats)
- Motivated, goal-oriented and visionary leadership personality with an agile mindset
- Broad customer network in France
- Organized and structured work style as well as strong team and service orientation
- Knowledge of agile working methods are an asset
- Orientation to solutions and implementation in the interest of reaching goals together
- Enjoyment in helping to shape digitalisation in the fixed-income sector
- High willingness to travel
- Excellent knowledge of the language of the domestic market and knowledge o English, both written and spoken
