Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and management of the Fixed Income Team for Ireland
• Comprehensive, professional support for top clients and expanding the client network in Ireland
• Professional leadership and knowledge transfer in the fixed income team, as well as targeted further development of employees
• Planning and control of the daily work processes in the team
• Responsibility for the cross-departmental key performance indicators

• Many years of professional and management experience in secondary market trading (bonds and other formats)
• Motivated, goal-oriented and visionary leadership person with an agile mindset Broad customer network in Ireland
• Broad client network in Ireland, high willingness to travel
• Organised and structured style of working as well as high level of team and service orientation
• Orientation to solutions and implementation in the interest of reaching goals together
• Enjoyment in helping to shape digitalisation in the fixed-income sector
• Excellent English skills

The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 84,000 on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience during a personal discussion.
